I think there is no such thing as a "solution manual". In most cases, contain solutions to the problems in the text to the Instructor's Manual. They are only for instructors (the publishers of the review to ensure that buyers who are employed by the University) and is for those who adopt the text freely, but can not be purchased by anyone.
